Shipping Delay

Dear Valued Customer,

Please accept our sincere apology for the delay in shipping your order.

Unfortunately, we still do not have the exact date as to when your order will ship out as the cargo ship that is carrying our goods is still waiting to enter the Los Angeles port at this time. We were supposed to receive the goods last month, however, we are not given any dates so far. We are checking on a daily basis and we will get back to you as soon as we have the date but we fear it could take another weeks.

If you would like cancel your order at this point, please visit your order status page by clicking the "Order Status" button on your order confirmation email and you will see "Cancel" button in the middle of the page where the refund will be processed upon confirming in the pop up window.
