How To Cancel Your Order

For any unshipped orders, you can get a full refund regardless of your order date/payment method.

1. Click "Order Status" from your order confirmation email.

2. Click "Cancel" button on your order status page

Once you get to the order status page you will see the cancel button on the page as indicated in the red arrow.

3. Click "Confirm" button in the popup window

You must click the "Confirm" button in the popup window for the refund to be processed immediately.

4. You should receive an email immediately.

Please check your mailbox including your spam folder and you should have received a cancellation email confirming the full refund.*

* Refund is only process on orders that have not yet shipped. All orders that have shipped will not be eligible for cancellation/refund.
